Accreditation as a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner (CTSP) is the highest accolade the Chartered Trading Standards Institute can bestow - it signifies years of hard work, dedication and a steadfast commitment to protecting consumers and upholding the highest values of the profession and ongoing competency. 

Displaying the CTSP badge conveys public trust and an associated expectation of learning, competence, and professional standing. Unfortunately, this also carries a risk of fraudulent use.
