Who can apply?
- Members committed to developing skills, confidence, or qualifications
- Those willing to reflect, set goals, and engage actively in the process
Time commitment : The onboarding presentation, developed alongside professional leadership coaches, recommends a 6-month relationship with a one-hour commitment per month, but this is unique to each pairing.
