Who can apply?

Mentors should meet two of these three criteria:

  • Chartered member or maintaining up-to-date CPPD
  • Significant experience in Trading Standards or the wider regulatory space
  • Experience coaching, training, or mentoring others

Time commitment : The onboarding presentation, developed alongside professional leadership coaches, recommends a 6-month relationship with a one-hour commitment per month, but this is unique to each pairing.
