Who can apply?
Mentors should meet two of these three criteria:
- Chartered member or maintaining up-to-date CPPD
- Significant experience in Trading Standards or the wider regulatory space
- Experience coaching, training, or mentoring others
Time commitment : The onboarding presentation, developed alongside professional leadership coaches, recommends a 6-month relationship with a one-hour commitment per month, but this is unique to each pairing.
